Because all items in the Pritikin Shop are custom-made, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to sizing or personal preference. Before placing your order, we strongly recommend referencing the size chart for each item to ensure the best fit.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive an item that is defective or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly send a replacement in the same size/style at no additional cost to you (subject to product availability). To help us resolve the issue quickly, you may be asked to provide photos of the defect.
