DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive an item that is defective or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly send a replacement in the same size/style at no additional cost to you (subject to product availability). To help us resolve the issue quickly, you may be asked to provide photos of the defect.

All orders from the Pritikin Shop are shipped standard with a flat-rate shipping fee of $10.
